They are held in a 25m pool (which you will have all to yourself) and offer a perfect opportunity for you to SEE exactly where your faults lie in your stroke. We use the most sophisticated under water video analysis software on the market to record your stroke as you swim and then play it back to you in real time so that we can point out exactly what areas need adjusting.
Afterwards you will be given a free DVD with a full voice over commentary so that you can continue learning from your session in your own time. This voice over commentary is incredibly useful as every time you watch your personal DVD back you will have a permanent record of what you need to work on explained to you by your coach.
