Teaching people to swim is our passion. Whether you're 3 years old or 83 years old, swimming is lots of fun, it keeps you fit and one day it might save your life.

We run classes every day except Sunday, in pools across Cambridge. We only use the best quality pools with excellent changing facilities and a warm, calm atmosphere in which you or your children can relax and enjoy your swimming.

Children
Your kids will get top quality swimming tuition in small groups - our maximum for children's groups is three. This personal attention means your kids will gain confidence and make progress very quickly - we guarantee it! All our instructors are fully-qualified and have up-to-date CRB checks.

Adults
We offer lessons to adults who are beginners and we coach adults who want to improve their swimming further. We also coach swimmers who are competing at the highest level, including several athletes who are world champions and Paralympic Silver Medallist Fran Williamson who we will are coaching for London 2012.
