Our adult coaching sessions are a great way to improve your technique, strength, stamina, speed and understanding with a group of like-minded people. We never do the same session twice and each class is individually made to fit the abilities of the students. You will progress noticeably and quickly in all areas of your swimming in a very short space of time.
To get the most out of your swimming it is vital that you have the correct balance of both technique and fitness training. Our group coaching sessions will do just that. Each class lasts for 1 hour and consists of a perfect balance of technique, stamina and discussion.
If you can swim at least 100m of a basic front crawl continuously and want to improve your speed and stamina then these sessions are for you!
Sessions are held at The Abbey Pool on Monday evenings and at The Leys School pool on Thursday evening, all between 6.30 and 7.30pm.
Please note that the Leys Pool is closing for essential maintenence work until September 2010. There will be no group coaching sessions running throughout August at The Leees or at Abbey pools. Sessions will recommence as normal as of September 2nd at The Lees and on September 6th at Abbey.
Prices and how to book
Classes cost £7 (inc VAT) per hour and can be paid for here. To guarantee your slot every week it is necessary to go on a standing order as places fill up quickly.
This works out cheaper (£6.24 per session) and your place will never be given to any one else.
1 day per week S/O fee - £26 per month
2 days per week S/O fee - £50 per month
