We are looking for dedicated and driven teachers with a background in competitive swimming to work a minimum of 2 hours per week. An ASA Level 2 teaching qualification is preferable however we are willing to pay for all necessary qualifications for the right candidate if you do not yet have them.

The main attribute that we look for in all of our swimming teachers is a background in competitive swimming, ie be able to do what you will be teaching to a high level. You should know how to relate to children and make lessons fun as well as constructive. We have a maximum of 3 students in a class so the lessons will be much easier to manage than ones with huge numbers.

We are offering £18 per hour with unlimited room to increase this figure each term. We offer a massive bonus scheme, ie if you have a whole term without a single day off, or if you cover someone else's lessons in their absence, you will receive a large bulk sum at the end of term to show our appreciation. All employees are eligible to gain from our company pension scheme and BUPA health care cover.

Lifeguards

We are looking for candidates that hold a valid NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) to work a minimum of 2 hours per week at pools in and around Cambridge. We pay a base rate of £7.50 per hour with room to increase this figure each term.
