Cambridge Swimming Academy's half day stroke clinics are an inspirational and innovative way of improving your swimming.
All of our swim Clinics are taught by our highly trained and experienced coaches with a perfect balance of theory and practical work built into to every course. We use state of the art video analysis and animation technology to help you visualise and understand a perfect stroke before we re-create it in the water.
All of our 2010 courses will be taught personally by Ed Williams, Solo Channel Swimmer and Official Coach of the Channel Swimming Association.
New to triathlon or Open Water Swimming Clinics:
Have you entered for a triathlon or an open water swim this year and don't know where to start? Are you nervous about the prospects of being outside the comfort zone of a swimming pool?
Our beginners guides to open water sessions will help you overcome your fears and nerves, teach you how to adapt your stroke to open water, learn how to breath and swim correctly without panicking or getting over tired. You will leave with a whole new range of skills and understanding to take on all aspects of open water swimming.

Do you want to learn how to swim faster and more efficiently in open water without getting so tired? Learn to sight without interrupting the flow of your stroke? Be comfortable, confident and streamlined in the water without swimming all over the place?
If you have swum in open water before and want to improve your speed, technique and understanding, then our advanced open water courses are for you. You will learn advanced and innovative techniques which will transform your open water swimming.

"Perfect your Freestyle technique" Clinics:
Have you tried to get faster and cover more distance in your sessions but it is just not happening quickly enough? Do you want to learn what you are doing wrong in a swimming pool as opposed to in a lake?
Our swimming technique clinics will bring to light everything that is holding you back in the pool. If open water swimming is not necesserily your thing, or if you want to get to grips with a few things in your stroke before putting them into practice in open water, then these courses are for you.
