One of our specialities is training people for triathlons and distance swimming events such as the English Channel swim. Unlike most distance swimming coaches, we actually have personal experience in swimming in these environments ourselves and we will pass all of this knowledge and understanding onto you. You will learn how to swim faster and more efficiently with vastly less effort, and you will learn exectly what to do to maximise your chances of success.

Ed has swum solo accross both The English Channel and Lake Windermere and passes all of this experience onto his students. He is also the official coach of The Channel Swimming Association and works closely with channel and marathon swimmers from all over the world.

1-2-1 lessons and group coaching sessions are advisable if you are looking to make a real difference to your performance in these fields. The combination of the two will allow us to build on your technique and stamina, both of which are vital for serious success in swimming.
